Hugo Studio

This free edition has no real-money purchases. Paid currency purchasing is disabled, so there are no purchases in this version for which to request a monetary refund.
Earned ink, earned diamonds and virtual tool copies are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. Opening an envelope spends the displayed amount of earned currency.
The game saves the currency deduction, tool-copy award, pity counter and receipt together. If saving fails, the operation must not be reported as completed. Retrying the same recorded request does not spend currency a second time.
For a missing reward or an incorrect deduction, contact [email protected] with the envelope receipt ID, approximate time, device and app version. Do not include passwords or payment-card information.
Hugo Studio will investigate the game records and explain the outcome. A legitimate random result is not itself a technical failure. Mandatory rights applicable in your country remain unaffected.
If paid purchases are introduced in a later update, purchase terms and the applicable Apple refund route will be published before those purchases become available. This page does not activate any future paid offer.
