선택적 보상형 영상을 검증하기 위해 Google에 가명 처리된 6글자 독자 식별자와 무작위 일회성 보상 요청 식별자를 전달합니다. 계정 서비스는 Google이 서명한 콜백을 확인하고, 보상 요청은 2시간의 유효기간이 지난 뒤 약 하루까지, 거래 식별자는 최대 30일까지 보관하며 계정의 일일 보상 횟수를 저장합니다. 계정을 삭제하면 연결된 보상 요청을 제거합니다. 제공업체 로그와 복구 이력에는 아래의 보관 한도가 적용됩니다.

Real-money purchases remain unavailable in this edition. Optional rewarded videos for quill refills are being integrated and are currently disabled in public builds. No banner, interstitial or app-open ads are offered.
Account progression, earned ink and diamonds, tool ownership and enhancements, envelope receipts, copies, pity counters and reward-mail claims are stored by our Cloudflare-hosted account service. Local files contain settings, account access credentials, cached server responses and pending request identifiers.
When account connection is enabled, Apple or Google authenticates your provider account. Our server verifies the signed identity token and stores a hashed provider identifier linked to your reader. We do not retain your provider email, name or avatar. Apple authorization tokens needed for revocation are encrypted on the server and erased when the account is deleted. Provider services follow their own privacy policies.
Story, cooperative and versus play use our Cloudflare-hosted authoritative battle service. Connection metadata, room identifiers, player identifiers, selected decks and gameplay commands are processed to run the match and verify rewards. In multiplayer matches, other participants receive the public match state, including boards, enemies and round progress.
Monthly rankings, invitations and reward mail use a Cloudflare-hosted service. It stores a randomly assigned six-character reader name, a hashed account credential, match membership and timing, reported round and health progress, separate mode scores, season records and reward delivery receipts. Rank tables show reader names and achieved rounds to other players.
The current edition uses Cloudflare for persistent account progression and live matches. Photon and PlayFab are not active game services. An internet connection is required during Story and multiplayer gameplay, and to load account progress or perform account transactions.
We use gameplay and connection data to operate the game, prevent duplicate rewards and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal data. Optional advertising, when enabled, uses Google AdMob and its consent-management SDK; advertising data practices are described below.
If rewarded videos are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may process device and app identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, ad interactions and consent choices. Consent is requested where applicable before requesting ads. Advertising choices can be revisited in Settings. Declining optional advertising does not prevent gameplay or natural quill refills. To verify optional rewarded videos, Google receives a six-character pseudonymous reader identifier and a random one-time reward-request identifier. Our account service checks Google-signed callbacks and stores reward requests until roughly one day after their two-hour expiry, transaction identifiers for up to 30 days and the account daily reward count. Account deletion removes linked reward requests; provider logs and recovery history follow the retention limits below.
Network service providers may process information outside your country. Their exact production regions, retention settings and safeguards must be verified before public release.
Local settings and account caches remain until you remove the application or reset its data. The Android edition excludes app files from platform cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. Delete account in Settings requires two-step confirmation and cannot proceed while a match or admission settlement is pending. Confirmed deletion removes the account, progress, inventory, balances, mail, ranking records and local account cache.
Deletion confirmation expires after 10 minutes. The hash of your account credential, the confirmation hash and the deletion time remain valid for an exact deletion retry for 24 hours, and expired records are removed during scheduled or request-triggered cleanup. The deleted six-character reader identifier remains reserved without an automatic expiry. Shared settled records retain the other participant's receipt and limited match metadata, with the deleted participant removed.
Battle room history is removed by scheduled cleanup after settlement has been delivered and at least one hour has passed since the match ended. Failed or unresolved settlements can remain longer and require operator reconciliation. Account deletion does not itself erase provider logs or recovery history.
Our current Cloudflare Workers plan is Free, verified in the account dashboard on 9 October 2026. Under the provider policy checked on that date, Workers Logs are retained for 3 days. The four active game Workers disable automatic request invocation logs, redact URL query strings, have no Tail consumers, disable tracing and do not enable Workers Logpush. Changes to these settings or provider terms may change retention; provider recovery history is described separately.
SQLite Durable Objects support recovery to points in the previous 30 days, including SQL and key-value data. Active-storage deletion does not establish immediate erasure of this recovery history. Completed account deletions and credential revocation must be reapplied before a restored service resumes. Historical-copy purge procedures remain to be confirmed.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact [email protected] with only the identifiers needed to locate your account. Never send your account access credential. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Marginalia is offered to people aged 16 or older. Before account registration or entering the game, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. We record only your eligibility declaration and the applicable age-policy version; we do not request or store your date of birth. This declaration is not identity verification. The game is not offered as a service directed to children under 16. Contact us if you believe someone below this age has provided personal data.
We will update this notice if data practices change. A public policy URL and production review of service regions, retention, backups and privacy safeguards remain release requirements.
